So I've always fought pain in my left bicep, it comes and goes but, last week I must have done a number on it. Was hurting--like it usually does--and I was doing arms. I pushed through the pain--like I normally do--and, well, I think I really did something this time. It's been almost a week and still very painful when using it--even for relatively light stuff.
Wondering if others have issues with their biceps as well and how everyone deals with it. Looking like some rest for this guy is on the docket.
