Before you reply please note, I know this is dangerous, I know I can achieve the same results with working harder and having a better diet. etc etc, I don't wanna hear it.
I just recently finished a bulk, was up 30lbs in 12 weeks, went from 190 to 220
now im looking to go back down the goal is to get under 200
I plan on running:
400mg DNP, 100 mcg T3, 40mg Superdrol (20am-20pm
)
Then a proper PCT afterwards for the Superdrol
150 carbs 190 protein per day
apple and a protein shake after working out
Again do not badger me for using these just give me tips. Experiences and such, diet advice that tailors specifically to DNP, should I run clen as well, etc.
