I'll probably get flamed for this post because of my training history, age, etc... but these are my stats:
Age: 19
Years training: 3 years on and off
Height: 6'3
Weight: 220 lbs
Body fat: 23%
Cycle
Week 1-12 500mg/week Testosterone Enanthate
Week 1-8 80mg/ED Anavar
Weed 1-12 0.25mg/ED Arimidex
PCT
Week 13-16 Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
I'm wondering what kind of calorie surplus/deficit I should be looking at to lose fat and gain muscle without spinning my wheels.
