Can Progesterone raise estrogen and vise versa ???

    Hi Guys,

Just trying to find some reseach on this topic.

Is it possible that the cause of high estrogen is due to an increase in Progesterone?

I know why we have elevated E2 and elevated Prolactin / Progesterone but is there any info linking the 2?

    Thanks....

Controlling E2 also helps to keep Prolactin in check.

Progesterone antagonizes estrogen to some extent. High estrogen will cause elevated progesterone, but not the inverse.

No. But elevated progesterone will amplify estrogen-related side effects.

Prolactin and progesterone are not the same thing.

Thank you, it explains allot considering information.

So in regards to progesterone, what would cause it to rise apart from elevated estrogen ?

HCG does, Tren would, what about really high test levels ??? Anything else?

Certain food sources can. Google phytoestrogen (sp?) foods or something similar.
