My question is what do people take when they decide to not come off steroids? I been reading a few different things about steroids and understand about different views and what not.
So my question is for the people who never come off steriods and just stay on what do or are you supposed to be taking? I'm reading the Nolva and Clomid are for only when you are off but what can you take during you cycle that will help you not lose any gains and or hinder your gains?

People that just stay on really need to be managing there labs and keeping estrogen under control with an ai. I dont know why you would want to stay on unless trt is medically needed and then you would cruise and blast if you chose to cycle

The way I started is was last year I did 200MG for about 4-5 months. Then I tried 300MG for about 4-5 months. So for about a year I was in between about 200-300mg maybe even more then a year. So since around July or August of last year I been around 500MG of test cyp. I tool an AI to keep my gyno in tact. I took Amirdex if I'm not spelling it correctly please forgive me. I kinda felt that it dried me out a bit....................So when people stay on what do they take HCG?

it depends on why you are staying on. HCG will help maintain testicular function giving you a better chance of recovery. Keep in mind the longer you stay on the more risk there is of not being able to recover and ending up on trt

Staying on is just a very bad idea. I wouldn't recommend it.

Are you saying you have been on cycle for around 15 months or more already? At no less than 200mg per week? With no HCG? Have been on 500mg test per week for almost 6 months?
How old are you? I'm thinking if all the above is true you are gonna be on TRT if you ever come off.

I'm 40. So if I been on this long where and how much and how often would you add HCG in? Also by adding HCG in will it cause me to dry out and will my gains stall or hinder?

Well, I'm no expert although I didn't use HCG for the first year of my TRT. When I introduced it I did this
Weeks 1-3 500iu's M W F
Week 4 on 250iu's x 2 pw
You seriously need to consider your future. If you intend to ever come off you need to make that decision now to give yourself the best chance of recovering some natural test. If you are staying on you need to learn how to blast and cruise properly and safely and assume you are going on TRT for the rest of your life.

no your gains are not going to hinder from using hcg but it will cause more aromatize leading to higher estro circulating. More than likely adding hcg you will need to run an AI along side your protocol. As stated above this is were labs come in to make sure you are doing all of this right

Actually I have not had a blood test done. Only blood test I had done was a normal one. cholesterol, bun that one and the Dr said my numbers are better then the average person. I forgot the blood test I need to test for test levels and stuff?..
I'm going to pick up some HCG thank you for the information on how to go about it. My question would be how often in between months I would need to do that. Secondly I took an AI it was Ameridex forgive me if I'm spelling it incorrectly.

I wouldn't ever stop the hcg 200-250 iu 2 x ew. Adex .25 eod. Are you planning to self medicate trt?

I'm doing the best I can I'm always looking stuff up. I see so many things about not coming of then you read things about there is no need to come off so it's kinda hard to get the correct answer. Then ontop of all that when you start looking good and feeling good it's even harder to come off if you decide to.
When you say your luck what are you refering to? Heart attack , stroke? ...

I really hope for your health sake you step back and really evaluate what you are doing. staying on high doses for extended periods is going to be very hard on your body.

I think I should go get a blood panel done. I can't remember the name of the test I'm looking to do could you refresh my mind? Maybe I'll stay on till the end of the summer and take the whole winter off.

I also wanted to add this has nothing to do with me but I even read threads of people say stay on until you don't feel healthy. So like I said you get a bunch of mixed readings of this stuff.
