I think there are a lot of useful information, various opinions about diet, exercise, bulk. and considering that many of the people on this forum have many years of training behind them, so I choose to take the information with me to develop myself.

Dont turn into Euroholic, you do know that not everyone comes here is a juice head, or do you forget we have sub forums for nutrition and weight lifting techniques, that pretty much put every other site out there to shame.

OVerloaded looks great and to be honest he looks better than a lot of people here that probably are on something.

10 cardio sessions and five sessions in the gym during the week. 5 split. can tell you more about how I eat in a few days when I have time, because I have to translate many of the foods to English.

You don't think that at his age, with 4 years of training under his belt, that physique is achievable naturally? And by "that physique" I mean no disrespect to the OP, as I said above, he looks great. But does he have the look of some juiced up monster? Not IMO.

    agree with GB again.

a kid his age, with a focused 4 years in the gym, can make some great progress.

TBH , i agree it is achievable naturaly, I am almost 19 too, but have just recently started giving my max in gym. Focused on the diet as much as i could , cutting atm and i noticed amazing progress , planing to finish it till start of july ( started on 1st. february) went from around 20% to 15% atm i think, i hope to get to around 12% (maybe 10% if it continues at this rate) gonna throw in cardio soon for 3 times a week. I think us young ppl at age from 16-21 have a really huge boost from our natural test, and it's true what you guys said about AAS, if u focus on diet and training , at young age you don't need AAS at all,you grow or cut like a beast(especially if u got good genetics) - sorry for offtopic!
And OP in your place, i'd think about going for pro. card in a few years

It takes determination and sacrifice. And i said "I'd think about" and "few years" - which can range from 3 ,5 to 10 years lol, whats wrong with that? My dad was a professional weightlifter and i prettymuch know what it took him to get there, being 19 years old doesn't make me that naive, especially with all the knowledge available on the internet today.

    Sorry for the offtopic OP.

    meal 1
    150g cottage cheese
    1 yogurt
125 g whole wheat bread with butter and caviar
    1 pill vitamin + mineral
    5 g creatine

cardio 35min medium / high intensity

    meal 2
    50 g whey protein

    meal 3
    250-300g oatmeal + milk 250cl
    2 fruit

    cardio 30-35 min high intensity

    meal 4
    330g tuna
    180g rice
    100-130g sweet sour sauce

    workout 1.5 hours

    meal 5
    60g whey protein
    5 g glutamine
    100g rice cake

    meal 6
    500-600g chicken, fish, minced meat
100g rice; or 500g vegetables; or just chicken and 7 tablespoons olive oil

know I could have spread protein intake better over the day, but have never felt it necessary and to me it seems the most sensible and have a greater amount of protein before bed.
