At the very least...total test, free test, E2 sensitive, or standard (your choice...either one is better than none). Best to get a complete panel though to keep an eye on everything as TRT impacts diferent things...especially if you're just starting, "dialing in". Things like RBC's, Hemoglobin & Hemotocrit can creep up on you.
