Whats up all,
I was just picking up some things at our local vitamin store and found a product called Plant Fusion. Its a protein powder with 20gms of protein in a 30gm scoop. Its supposed to be full of BCAA's and lists amounts of all of the separate aminos. My question is does anyone know how quickly or slowly it is assimilated as well as how well its assimilated? I know whey is poorly assimilated by is assimilated very quickly making it ideal for PWO usage. I was curious how the plant stuff stacks up?
