OP, like a few people stated, you want more muscle tissue, you need more food, not more drugs. In addition to this, if you've been training the same way for awhile now, switch it up to stimulate more growth and strength. For instance, if you constantly perform the flat barbell bench press, you will eventually hit a ceiling where strength ceases to increase. You'll need to do bench press variations to continue strength increases (incline, decline, dumbell, etc). Work on a variation for a few weeks, than switch it up again.
