Unusual PIP

It's started pinning new cycle, got quite bad pain which I have never had before . I'm injecting test cyp 250mg /ml 1.2 ml into left deltoid. I noticed that the oil was quite hard to draw up into the syringe using 18 gauge which is quite unusual. Wondering whether then oil is too viscous, whether my technique was bad or whatever else! Iv also got a fairly heavy cold and a bad cough which im sure is completely unrelated but thought I would mention it. At the time of
Injecting there was no pain, but woken up with throbbing Pain feel like someone has punched
Me in the shoulder. Ideas anyone?

Did you try heating it up in warm water. That helps sometimes. If not get a heating pad, take some ibuprofen and slowly work the muscle. Helps me get by, especially when im running prop

Toss the ugl away and seek pharm grade and you will eliminate this problem.

And also how can you tell if something is pharma grade?
