I know I'm going to get a ton of heat on here for this but due to personal reasons I need to lose my bulk as quickly as I can. I'm 37 years old 5'8" tall and 197lbs. My first thought is to bump this down to 100-150mg/week which I would think would help remove some muscle. I just had bloodwork done today to see where I'm at for a baseline but won't have that for a few more days. I also just started taking T3 as I'm sure this will help what I'm trying to achieve.
I'm going to do a ton of cardio and lift lighter and obviously eat WAYYYY less.
Am I missing anything and do you think this is possible? Please don't flame as I know that's what you're all thinking.
