    1st sleepless night with clen.

    just slept for 3 and a half hour just now,today is leg day,should i rest today?or it is safe to workout?
    also,what thing i should eat to aid in sleeping?

    Clen at 19!?! I don't understand the crazy impulses of our younger members. I hope you fully understand the risks with clen (insomnia, headaches, tachycardia, nervousness, myalgia, tremors, hypertension, arrhythmia). Not sure why you'd want to risk your heart health to shed a few pounds you could easily lose through diet and exercise.

    Try taking 5-10mg of melatonin or ZzzQuil to assist in sleeping. Take the clen early in the day.

    20 this year, thanks for the advice. to be honest and not try to be ignorant,it's very very hard for me to cut,tried multiple ways,the best i can do just loss 2-4pound every month by starving myself,i had pretty low metabolism. just gonna run clen for 4 weeks,then i'm gonna bulk again. ya,i do understand all the minor sides,the thing i worry for abit just the heart.i monitor my body temp and heart rate every hour,120mcg max dose,track everything in excel,and just for 1 month i guess it wont hurt so much? i know there still a risk,i'm not [this wont happen to me] kind of person,but this is a risk i can take since it's alootttt safer than AAS which im not willing to risk. an additional question,how old do you think its safe to take clen? 24above same as AAS?

    ahhh,i heard about melatonin,was about to take em when i had trouble sleeping last time. thanks for the suggestion,gonna head down town and grab some tomorrow

    Starving yourself is probably why nothing works. Post a week diet and I bet we can pick out why you cant be were you want to be. Im not trying to be rude but most of the time I see a 19 year olds diet that they think is dead on but its not.
    As for the clen.Keep the fluids going strong and early morning only. Takes me awhile to adjust to the proper dose that allows me to sleep.

    hi there gotta admit my diet are not as good as i think,i eat 2-3 meals a day,5-6 meals doesn't work for me,i starve more with that. my meals are all the same,the variety just the veges,potatoes,rice.

    something like this,
    1. either 100-200g of beef[grill and 90% lean] or 2-3 pieces of chicken breast[steamed]
    2. either 1 cup of rice or 2 medium size potatoe
    3. lot of clean veges
    4. 2-4 whole eggs.
    5. about 2-3 tablespoon of olive oil.

    i add in Tuna as 3rd meal if protein intake is not enough.
    my cheatmeal are just to add more carb[rice] or maybe more meat about 500kcal surplus once a week or 2 week,
    what you think?

    You are obviously eating incorrectly. Please post full diet with macros in the NUTRITION RESOURCE FORUM. Chances that you will lose weight with Clenbuterol if you stalled before is slim to none.

    I wouldn't of slept last night cuza clen but I took some tramadol and melatonin round 3am and was out like a baby. just woke up at 4pm lol.

    Although disbelieved and not adhered to by some, the following is scientific fact:

    Take your Clen in the morning, to permit enough time for the stimulant property to dissipate preventing insomnia in all but the most sensitive of individuals. Due to their naturally occurring drowsy promoting side effect, first generation antihistamines (such as Benadryl) are the preferred sleep aids while on Central Nervous System (CNS) stimulants. While performing their primary action of cleansing the beta receptors of the allergen histamine, they simultaneously upregulate/cleanse said receptors of residual substances also absorbed at this level, which coincidentally includes CNS stims, i.e., Clenbuterol, Sambuterol, Albuterol, Ephedra/Ephedrine, etc. This antihistamine function also affords the continuous cycle use of such stims for greater accrual effect, i.e. better collective stim results. AR cited this effect in the original S.com Clen profile, and he was correct.
