I use a method similar to austinites treatment + some bactrim

10grams of B5 per day, 50mg of zinc per day, 10,000IU of A EOD and glycolic (spell?) face wash. When I I see a flair up I'll throw some bactrim in at a low dose, keeps me pretty.

Well......ya....supraphysiological levels of most hormones will do THAT!!!

Lots of threads here if you search. Some as simple as dish soap to Rx txs.

I don't get it, are you getting acne on your back off cycle, or are you on cycle, your getting acne, and you don't know what AI is?

Oh, you aren't on cycle? Well, maybe a little more info in your original post would help. How long have you been off?

You can get something to treat the acne, but I would get blood work and see where your test and estrogen levels are.

Ok thanks I been off around 3 months, started toward the end of my last blast id love to get it under control before I start my next cycle in May, thanks again
