Black Star Labs

Hi all... looking for some information on Black Star Labs. My buddy came across a cycle of 'something'. i dont know what...but its labeled Black Star and has a black star with a "UK" in the middle of the star.

Anyone know wtf this stuff might be? i just don't want him getting bad stuff
