2 month off everything, 20 yo, low LH, low FSH, low test, low free test , suicidal

First, keep in mind, the blood have been taken 1 month ago, but I just receive it today. So I have no fuking clue if my level have changed from that time. I still havent took a PCT because I wanted to see where I was better starting stomething.

I stopped TRT because of worsening of symptoms ( Felt better pre TRT). since stopping I still feel worse than pre trt area.

    Pre TRT (frebruary 2013 ):

    Estradiol: 85.8pmol/L range 0-146
    LH: 2.9 Ul/l ----- ref: 1.3-8.6
    Cortisol AM: 616 nmol/L ---- ref:171-536
TOTAL TESTOSTERONE: 455ng/L(15,7nmol) have tested at little lower around 385 ng/L
    Biodisponible test(free test): 9.1 nmol/L Range: 6.0-22.0

Synthroid taked and TSH under controle.

2 month of TRT, no PCT (january 2014) :
    Estradiol: 81pmol/L range 0-146
    LH: 1.8 Ul/l ----- ref: 1.3-10.6
    FSH 1.6Ul/l ------ ref: 1.6-12.4
    TOTAL TESTOSTERONE: 311ng/L(10.8nmol/L) 8.69-29
    Biodisponible test(free test): 4 nmol/L Range: 6.0-22.0
    DHEA 5.79 umol/L ref range: 4.81-11.26

Right now, I feel like chit. Lets say pre TRT I felt 4-5/10, now I feel 2. I still havent gained my love for the iron back, libido still dead, no motivation, etc.

Here is the thing. Like pre trt, my test is low (even lower now), but my lh and fsh remains low. As I can see, even DHEA is low (don't know if it change something).

What should I do? Im thinking about starting clomid to boost LH, but is it just a temporary fix? man I about to off myself fuk this chit.

thanks for the help , appreciate it.

    What was your TRT protocol?

Were you being monitored by a good doc trained in hormones?

225mg/week and some arimidex to control e2, no HCG.

I was "followed" ( was paying a endo private just to get blood test), but he didnt prescribe the test, I buyed it myself.

I'm not sure where you live. But I would go to a real doctor/Endo to get things sorted out. Did you ever figure out why your test levels were low to begin with?

You really need to find a good doc to help you get feeling well. Endocrine system is so interconnected and so complex with feedback loops you cannot possibly get anywhere by yourself. Probably why you feel worse now. Plus your dosages and medications are quite questionable. For example, Synthroid (T4) therapy can make a lot of people worse off because it can convert to Reverse T3 instead of T3, which will make you feel even crappier.

Do yourself a huge favor and employ a good doc to get you on the right track.

I went to a lot of doctor and they don't know what to do.

I live in Canada and its hard to meet en endo public, so I went private, and he didn't wanted to help cause i was still "in range".

so I tried trt by myself.

I ignore my my test level were low to begin with, BUT, pre trt, plants to boost libido (mucuna pruriens, tribulus, ginseng) all worked great BUT i stopped used those cause they acted as diuretic, and made me lost a lot of mass ( fuking stupid I know, i regret everyday not staying on that, realise that maybe naturally im just fuked up and old a lot of water and those plants made me normal.) now those plants DONT work anymore.

and i definitly suffer fron secondary hypoganodism, my body seems fine with 300-400 ngl test level and keep lh low..

You are in over your head here. The way you talk about LH and test and everything else is scary. Please see a new doctor. If you have a real test problem, an endo referral is easy to get in Canada. Especially if you keep bugging your physician for one.

I know its been said, but please try and find a doctor/physician to treat you before continuing to self-medicate. Self-medicating without establishing baselines by a physician is shooting blind.

Ok, some personal experience. Synthroid made me feel like total crap, had to come off of it, dose was too low, it made me feel really sick etc, doctors office basically called me crazy. Test dose initially was 100 mg a week, and it made my test even lower and symptoms worse, I bumped the test up and went to a new doc, who helped me out with everything including my thyroid. You need some support in this in my opinion. Just tell yourself this can be fixed, it is only temporary. If you can't get a doctor to help you, there should be some that would, you might consider running a pct protocol, however even there I think you need a real doctor that is willing to look into that route with you, and help you along, there are doctors out there, well known that can do this. I know that can be expensive, but even based on your free test levels I believe the doctor network sponsored by this site could help you out too.

I've never ran clomid but some people I hear it makes them even more emotional etc. wish I could help you out more, just hang in there, do what you need to do to get a doctor, or even counseling if you need someone to talk to to help you get through it, there are lots of free services out there you can call at any time. You just need to be strong till you get all this straightened out.
