my birth is 1997 i have trained for about 1.5 years where most of the time i tried to cut down fat and iiam actually trying to cut now too. Iam 175 cm 81 KGS and around 16--20% BF..

My question is if i cut down to the summer and get down to a good bodyfat can i start a cycle after the summer? i rly want to do this bruhs
