New BW is Back -- Suggestions Welcome

So I have switched over to a new doc who will be prescribing the medications, rather than forcing me to come in once a week or every other week to pick up pre-filled syringes. Thanks to VTX1800 for helping on that one!!! Results are below, but I have a couple of minor concerns and am considering small changes to my protocol.

    Current Protocol: 180mg Test Cyp (90mg E3.5D / M AM & TH PM), 500IUs hCG (3xW / SU AM, W PM, F PM), .5mg Anastrozole (3xW / TU AM, TH AM, F PM)

    Comments / Concerns:
    • Overall, I feel great since switching to 2xW injections. Levels seem to be normal and there is no roller coaster ride and/or sleepless nights.
    • Test Numbers: Numbers look good, but the doc wants to bring my Free Test down a little bit. She kept the protocol the same and said we would watch it for a little while. I'm considering bringing my dose down to 160mg (split into 80mg 2xW) for 6 weeks to see if this keeps positive effects while helping E2.
    • Estradiol: Has jumped significantly since starting TRT. Went from 21 (Baseline) to 23 (4 weeks) to 33 (12 weeks) to 41 (~26 weeks) -- reference 7.6 - 42.6 pg/mL. Previous clinic increased AI at 12 weeks to .5mg 3xW but I backed off a little after a suspected E2 crash. I have been taking .25mg Anastrozole E2D for the past 8 weeks, but am considering bumping back up to the prescribed .5mg 3xW and getting BW in 6-8 weeks again. Diet is in check, but will work hard on dropping fat through training. I need some other options for bringing Estradiol down so I can eventually bring my AI dose down again.
    • Growth Hormone: Numbers look good here as well. I had been researching HGH options and Peptides, but may hold off all-together as I have seen a "natural" jump from 132 (baseline) to 196 (26 weeks) in IGF-I. I'm going to concentrate on reducing bf% via cardio and HIIT. I'm seeing good muscle gains and mainly wanted to jump-start targeted fat-loss in the spare tire area.
    • Thyroid: Everything here seems to be within range, but I'm open to considering options to help with the fat loss.

    Questions:
    • E2 Supplements: Should I be considering DIM or Zinc on top of the Anastrozole to help bring down E2?
    • hCG: Should I drop my hCG to 250IUs 3 times a week to help with the E2 reduction as well? Do I really need 500-600 3xW?
    • T3/T4: Should I consider supplementing T3/T4 at all? Or if it's not broke, don't fix it?

Bloodwork Results (~26 weeks into TRT, AM Fasted):
    Total Test: 1188 (348-1197 ng/dL)
Free Test: 29.9, flagged as High (8.7-25.1 pg/mL)
    Estradiol (Roche ECLIA): 41.0 (7.6-42.6 pg/mL, doc targets 25.0)
    PSA: 1.8 (0.0-4.0 ng/mL)
    IGF-1: 196 (83-233 ng/mL)
    TSH: 2.170 (0.450-4.500 uIU/mL)
    Triiodothyronine, Free: 4.4 (2.0-4.4 pg/mL)
    T4, Free: 1.26 (0.82-1.77 ng/dL)
Hemacrit: 50.2% (37.5-51.0%) *Note: due to time living overseas, I can't donate to Red Cross. Will need medical phlebotomy at some point in near future.
    RBC: 5.93, flagged as high (4.14-5.80 x10E6/uL)

Your BW looks fine but reducing your dose will help with E2 as well as RBC's.
No need for 500IU's HCG 3 times per week. Drop it to 250 imho.
I'm not a fan of clen or T3 but read Austinites Educational Artical in the AAS Forum on it.
What's your BF% NoOne? That's a huge amount of adex.

My bf% is currently hovering between 14-15%. That's down from low 20's just before I started TRT. I agree Kel, I feel like I'm taking too much of everything and am ready to back down on all of it to see if I can keep the benefits and lose the negatives.

As for E2, no nipple sensitivity, unexplained tears or any of the high-estrogen sides yet... but I don't want to wait until I get beginning stage of gyno to address. Libido has gone back to pre-TRT... not bad, but nowhere near the 18 y/o drive & erection quality as when I started.

As for T3/T4... I started Ausinite's fat loss supps so going to see how that works out for me. Otherwise, will just continue to hit it hard in the gym (which I love) and ramp up my cardio/HIIT (which I HATE).

    Totally agree.

Some never get nip sensitive no matter what or how much they run. Libido usually has that initial surge with TRT then unfortunately normalizes.

Good. Be patient and keep an eye on your E2 with that dosage.

Don't mess with T3. Your thyroid numbers look awesome. You don't want to ruin it.

Trying to get my thyroid dialed in has been a p.i.t.a. for me!

Try carb cycling to help with fat loss.
