How do I know if I need to increase HCG dosage ?

hello all.

I started yesterday a tes cycle. 12 weeks of 500 mg Test Enanthate and 40 mg Anabol for first 4 weeks only.

I read that correct dosage of HCG is 500 IU weekly (2 x 250). But the pharmacist I buy the gear from , told me that 500 is too low.

So How do I know I need to increase the 500 dosage to 750 or 1000 ? I mean ,we all know when to increase the AI dosage (or start using it).

What you're doing is just fine to mimic LH production and keep your boys healthy. We're not talking fertility here and I'm sure your pharmacist doesn't know cycling.

Yeah man. he actually suggested that I should take 5000 IU weekly! he also suggested me adding Deca to my first cycle.

He read a magazine once. No doubt, AAS is not his specialty.

My pharm told me to do 3,000IU per week, I do only 500 and it gets the job done.
