    A NO sugar diet

Been almost a week NO unrefined granulated sugar eating things in its natural form!

    GOING WELL!

    Better this way!

Only thing I have that is *Artificial* sugar is Berocca in the morning (just to help give ma good kick in the morning when I go to work).

    http://www.berocca.co.uk/en/products/berocca/index.php

It contains aspartame I know that is bad!!!!!!! but that is the ONLY sweet artificial thing I have ONLY that THAT IS IT.

Not really a question this threat just me gloating about have no sugar in my diet for a week

Not sure I follow your logic.

Sorry to crush your dreams but sugar is sugar, whether it's granulated or in fruit.

IMO sugar (aka carbohydrates) are impossible to avoid, best thing one can do is find nutrient rich sources.

This is also how I see sugar , I dont touch fruit when cutting .

Sugar you put in your cup of tea , or on your porridge came from a sugar cane ( plant)

Sugar is a natural ... Sugar is sugar

When I pull back on all sugar for a short period of time, even a sweet potato takes like candy
