Greens are carbs.
You can build muscle as long as your body has all the appropriate components.
"Healthy" is subjective and has different definitions to different people.
I eat 'hard to digest' veggies , healthy carb intake . Brocoli is a awsome super food !
Always feel less bloated , and less fat from eating daily after a week or so !

Can you get away with not eating them and still build good muscle? Yes. Is it advised that you don't eat vegetables? No.
Just because something isn't "vital" doesn't mean you shouldn't eat it. Vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals that you may struggle to get elsewhere in your diet. These will be advantageous to gaining muscle but are not necessarily going to make or break your gains.
Also, if you're someone who struggle to control your appetite, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower etc) will fill you up but without filling you without too high a trade off in calories. However, carrots and peas etc will have a higher proportion of calories.
