Getting mixed opinions on if hcg is needed during a restart.
Personally I think since ideally you'd wait 2-3 weeks to start pct anyways you could run hcg in that time to wake up the leydig cells. I think most rush pct and start too soon after last injection, leading to all the failed pcts we here about.
I'm thinking
Week1-3
2000iu HCG EoD for a total of 10 shots
.5mg arimidex EoD alongside the hcg shots
End Of week 3 Blood Work too see if the boys are responding from the hcg blast, if so will continue with Heard if T at least 500, continue restart
Week 4-7
Clomid 100mgs daily
Nolva 40mgs daily
Arimidex .5mg M/TH or .3mgs EoD
Week 7 Blood work
Week8-9
Nolva 40mgs daily
Arimidex .5mg M/TH or .3mgs EoD
week9-11
Arimidex .5mg M/TH or .3mgs EoD
50mg dhea and pregnenolone daily throughout, 10k vitamin D3
Week 11 Blood Work
Some say that dose of hcg is too much while some say it's the shock they need. I have been on trt for a year , the last 6 months without hcg.
The arimidex is included because last restart I didn't have any estrogen control and the higher dosage of hcg lead to too much estrogen resulting in a ridiculous SHBG. My total T wasn't that bad , 571 2 months after completion of this protocol, but my SHBG was 70(16.5-55.9 nmol/L) leaving me with almost no free test.
I believe if I keep the estrogen controlled this time, my shbg will stay down and I'll be okay.
