    Tweak/Critique My 2nd Cycle!!!

    Hello everybody,

    Number one, I want to say hello & thank you before I proceed. I am open and ready for constructive criticism.

    So I am 24 years old. Lifting for 8 years. I blew out my back 2 years ago and i tried to go back in the gym 3 times about 4 months after and blew it out each and every time. Ive been seeing a chiropractor and working slowly and steadily at home to work my body back up and now I'm good to go.
    Bad part is, i HAD to stay away from the gym, even running because of my fused disc. I gained some fat and lost some muscle which i'm pretty upset about.

    180 lbs
    5'9

    this will be my second cycle, i ran 500mg Test C with 300mg Deca and used clomid & nolva for PCT. as you can see... eh, not such a smart kid.

    with myself being aggressively getting back in the gym, eating a clean diet mostly chicken, dark greens and rice, i want to compiling my 2nd cycle.


    i have this so far planned out. and please, criticize and critique as much as you want, I won't get offended.

    Meal Plan Cut / Lean Mass
    16 Weeks

    Meal 1 5 Egg Whites
    (8-9am) 1/2 Cup Dry Oat Meal w/ nonfat Milk
    CLA's, Fish Oil, Multi Vitamin, Milk Thistle

    Meal 2 2 Scoops of Protein
    (10-11am) BCAA's, Glutamine, Argenine

    Meal 3 8oz Chicken
    (12-1pm) 1 Medium Sweet Potato (6oz)
    3oz Broccoli / Dark Green
    CLA's, Fish Oil

    Meal 4 7oz Chicken
    (2-3pm) 1/2 Cup Rice
    3oz Broccoli / Dark Green
    CLA's, Fish Oil

    Meal 5 1 Can Tuna
    (4-5pm) 3oz Broccoli / Dark Green

    Why are you running var after stopping test? Clomid dose is low as is nolva for the first 2 weeks. If you are having back issues I am not sure a cycle is such a good idea. Rapid strength gains can cause some major issues with bones and joints and may aggravate your back problem.

    Have you been given clearance by your doctor to return to heavy lifting/training? How long has your recovery been?

    10 weeks on test is a bit short. 12 is more common.

    AI belongs ON cycle not PCT.

    Not running HCG?

    Clomid: 75/50/50/50
    Nolva: 40/20/20/20

    What is the total caloric intake on your diet? Have you determined your TDEE?

    The AI is during the cycle, look at the weeks. Also my doctor knows i did thise and want to again, im cleared for heavy lifting

    Calorie intake is measured around 3,500 a day. Thanks though, i need this to fine tune the cycle

    i meant to put Anavar weeks 5-10

    Ok, thanks. Yes, the set up through me off. Overall looks good. Personally, I would get back to the gym for a few months, build a bit of strength up, especially in the connective tissue, and then in about 6 moths, roll with the gear. If your doc has given you a green light then it comes down to you.

    my BMR is 1833 and TDEE is 2841

    cool, it's been about 13-15 months that i've been lifting again. i started out stupid low, but i'm now back to my old "consistant"(pre 1st cycle) weights with ease. thats why i'm posting this up. i'm thinking of gearing up in about 3 months or so.


    anything besides the Nolva / clomid issue i had that you would change?


    i should let it be known that Gyno runs in my family, my uncle never worked out nor never taken any gear but has bad gyno, i deff got sore nips last time hence why i want to run the Arimidex starting at week 2

    Stay on top of your AI and gyno should be ok, BUT compared to other estrogen risks, gyno should be the least concerning. Keep the calories up as planned and be mindful of any pain - no need to sideline yourself again.

    I would keep some Nov on hand just in case the gyno kicks in. I would also say 12 weeks min. for cycle length. Be smart with your back, you def don't want to get injured during a cycle and waist it. Good luck.

    thanks everybody, i'm going to reply to this when i get home with a revised cycle.

    it's been a long road with my back... and honestly not lifting oddly enough didnt make me half as mad as not being able to run because it packed me on with some weight.. i've been dropping fat and getting ready for the cycle though.

    i have extra Nolva & Clomid from the grapevine on hand. in case i need any during the cycle that wont take out of my supply for PCT.


    thanks everybody... man, i really doubted myself and thought i would get light up for posting this... idk why but i just usually see people getting flamed when they post something about a 2nd cycle lol. very much appreciated.

    my back is a main concern and ive been lifting with it regularly without any complications and my doctor gave me the thumbs up to go back to heavy weights.


    also, is it bad if i take Clen on and off throughout the cycle? i am prescribed albuterol for my Asthma but i found taking oral clen helps out with it as well..
