    Simple carb

    - How many grams of simple carb should i take with post workout shake during cutting ?
    - Can i add sugar to post workout shake during cutting or take a good sources like fruits ?

    Mens health mag ( march) had a spread , it was about salt , have a pinch of it pwo .

    Not sure how credited the spread was as these mags tell you different things every week . One things for sure though that I would stay far far away from sugar when cutting
