Hi Guys,
I would like to ask you some things about diet plan and trainning for fat loss.
I am 33, 183cm height, 83kg, fat around 11%. I play soccer semi-pro, i lift 2 times a week, running training 2 times a week and one day stretch and relaxing.
I am interested in fat loss.
My diet is something like this:
1) Breakfast, toast with one tomato and one orange (8:00)
2) Yogurt with whey protein, one apple (12:00)
3) Basic meal varries from steak, chicken, fish to pasta or beans or something cooked. Everything with salad and some bread (16:00)
4) snack one banana, one carrot, some walnuts (20:00)
I train late at 21:45 and after training i drink only one shake of whey protein around 23:00.
I consider to use sarms1 triple stack with Hcg and i would like to ask you what do you think about my diet and training routine!!
Every opinion will be great.
