TBH I would start out much lower with both the Test and the Deca. You usually want your deca to be about half of your test dose maybe 60%. You might want to start with 250 Test wk and 150 Deca wk 1-3 then see how you are feeling while slowly getting stronger this will help you avoid getting too strong too fast and ending up with an injury. Now if you feel you need a little more gas then go up to 375 Test and 225 Deca for wk 4-5 see how you feel and continue to increase and grow. Too much too soon = a waste of valuable AAS, risk of injury and lastly I found in my experience the slower I ramp it up the gain keep coming in nicely. Then maybe top out 750 Test wk and 450 Deca then wind it back dow slowly to avoid stress on your body and CNC. Get back down to about 150 Deca then drop it and keep running the test 3 wks after at around 150-200 per wk. This way you will come off nicely and have better success on your PCT keeping your gains. Just my 2 cents.
