So, i just woke up with a pretty bad cold this morning, sore throat, stuffed nose, feeling weak, tired, no energy. I am 5 weeks tomorrow into my Test prop cycle. I did not workout today, (Obviously) But what about tomorrow?? If i'm not feeling better should i just make myself go to the gym and workout anyways maybe tone down the workout a bit? Or should i just give it a couple days and rest.. I can't stand not to workout so i'm a bit confused on how i should approach this.
