    Gluten Intolerance

Over the past year or so I have not been feeling like myself.

    Depression
    Anxiety
    Extremely sore joints (arthritic feeling)
I have constantly battled stomach bloat (even though I eat pretty clean)
Constantly tired and always feeling physically fatigued
    Life long eczema

After having blood work done and my test levels checked everything has come back normal. I started to wonder if it is dietary related and began reading and came across intolerance to gluten. All the symptoms I have been feeling are also symptoms to gluten intolerance.

I'm going to contact a doctor and see if I can have some allergy tests done, but was curious if anyone here has any experience with gluten intolerance? Thanks!

Not personally but my cousin used to be Celiac which is more extreme than gluten intolerance. She was fine so long as she watched what she ate. It very well may not even be allergy related but it won't hurt to have the tests done regardless. Good luck

Eliminate gluten and see if feel better. I notice a difference in my GI tract and have been buying more gluten free products.

I was tested and results indicate I have the genetic marker for crohns. When I eat gluten I don't feel as good.

Gluten is the current scapegoat for a multitude of health problems, some justifiably so and others not so much.

Get tested and see what comes of it.

Funny. gf who says she has a gluten sensitivity and says she gets sick and doesn't feel good when eats. She refuses to get tested and continues to eat gluten. Yes it is popular to blame gluten. LoL
