    TRT & stacking advice

My doctor has me on 100mg of test cyp once a week but I would like some advice on stacking something with it. I'm 5'9" 170lbs. I would like to put on some size maybe 185lbs

I don't know your experience but nutrition is the most anabolic thing we have. What I mean is that even when running a cycle nutrition is paramount and you will not make positive gains (to any real extent) unless you eat to do so. If you do put on muscle, when you're back to your normal TRT dosage you must continue eating as such to maintain the added tissue, otherwise it will be lost.

That said, if you're dialed in and stable with your TRT the best thing to add is simply more testosterone in conjunction with increasing your AI. I was just going to link you to Austinite's First Cycle Thread but I see you have read it. Simply follow that, it lays it out perfectly for you.

Aromatase inhibitor. Aromatase is an enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen, by inhibiting it, you lower you estrogen and slightly raise testosterone. How the hell are you on TRT and don`t know this? Not being an ass, just legitimately concerned.

By chance do you have a current copy of your BW that you can post up? Be good for us to see, then we can help guide you a bit more and let you know if your doctor is really on top of things. Many, unfortunately are not
Take the time to read the sticky threads at the top of this forum. Then in the AAS Q & A read all of Austinites Educational threads.

    Educate before you medicate!

How are your hematocrits? Have you ever gotten a phlebotomy? What is your E2 like? Are you taking hCG with the test? Post the bloodwork, like kelkel suggested.

Don't blame the op, blame the dr. Not everyone knows all we know here. I didn't but learned so much here. This is why ppl on trt aren't doing any better because they trust their drs, who in a lot of cases just are not up to speed on safely prescribing trt.
