How many cycles have you run before this?

I haven't done a cycle before I have access to a large amount of this and this is what im going to start with I am 33 no health issues at all 5 foot 9 180 pound body fat 14.8 percent daily menu
meal 1 whole flake oatmeal cup and a half
meal 2 shake
meal 3 one whole chicken breast with one cup brown rice and one and half cup veggies
meal 4 protein bar two table spoons peanut butter
meal 6 shake
meal 7chicken\steak\fish same as above with brown rice and veggies
meal 8 shake with protein and carb sup
goals reach 200 205 would be nice but not all at once unless that is possible

no less than 3000 no more than 3800 I have a company building houses so some days like building wall or sheathing a roof i tend to eat more no junk though some snaking in-between or when im hungry or low on energy almonds cottage cheese fat free salad with dressing ect ect
don't know my macros
That really doesn't seem like enough food in your layout
I eat 2700 calories at 250lbs and consume much more than you
All clean all the time
You may want to hit the diet section for a check up
As for your cycle
If first cycle
400mg a week (will be fine)
200 Monday 200 Thursday
Aromas in 12.5-25 mg daily
Run a standard pct of
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Keep an eye on blood pressure
Get blood work
Prior
During
Post cycle
If your not around 25+ don't screw up your body
Train insane

I completely agree. I'm glad to see the board still doesn't condone spoon feeding. Make people stick around for a few days to read the forum. Almost every question has been asked before, sometimes its just a matter of making the OP look for it, and they learn along the way that they aren't ready for AAS

For the record.....T400 can be unpleasant to pin for some people. The higher concentration and multiple esters often creates more PIP and side effects can present a greater challenge to manage since you'd be adjusting all esters and not one in a dose adjustment. T400 is NOT for beginners.
I learned that the hard way ^^ my first cycle was t450 that felt like I was injecting very thick rubbing alcohol. I ended up having to cut it half and half with sterile grape seed oil
Yes sir. I have a few vials of 400 that I use infrequently. I learned quickly that 800mg (2ml) at one time in the same muscle can be extremely uncomfortable! Now, if/when I use it, I split the dose (.5ml) into a couple of spots and only after I've heated the oil. You'd be better off with a single ester, propionate, cypionate, or enthanate. Blends like sustanon, super test/T400 have several compounds with various ester lengths at different concentrations. If you encounter side effects, you won't know which compound is responsible and adjusting the dose affects all esters unequally. The best recommendation for a first cycle is to use a single ester like the ones mentioned herein so you can properly gauge how the drug and your body reacts.Originally Posted by Shreddes

I know it's been said already bro but that diet is horrendous. There are guys here, myself included that one of our single meals is more cals than you first 2-3 meals put together. Where's the protein in meal 1? Drop the shake in meal 2 and pound back chicken and rice or beef and potatoes leave the shake for post workout only. Get rid of the protein bar at meal 4, 98% of protein bars are just glorified chocolate bars, get some chicken turkey, fish or beef with some rice or potato in here. Meal 5 looks like it's post workout so keep that a shake with some carbs. Meal 5 looks good, meal 7 go to real food again drop the shake.
