I have no set place, I just google syringes for sale and usually medical sites pop up, if anyone asks, I am diabetic. I even got some from tractor supply once. They have some sterile stuff for horses and cows.

No one is supposed to ask what they are for in any state. Hipaa laws protect your personal information You don't need a back story. And diabetic needles are completely different .

True but there's a huge drug problem in my area so I like to have a decent excuse if anyone asks so I don't look suspicious. It's not like tractor suppy employees know better.

It's a poor excuse unless your speaking with a complete fool.
Any one in a pharmacy CAN NOT ask you what they are for. HIPAA
Health insurance portability and accountability act of 1996 its a federal law for your protection.
The best way to not look suspicios is not looking suspicious .
If you really need a story to tell tell them you are injecting B 12 for its health benefits.

Ebay, I actually had a store tell me from amazon that I needed a script for them to ship. They were in Utah. Maybe state laws are different there.

I am able to by them in any of the local pharmacies in NYC. CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reade- but they do have a maximum that you can buy without rx
