Hey everyone. I have read all of the young and the steroids threads and I completely understand the risks involved with experimenting with AAS under the age of 24-25. I still feel like I want to experiment with them and run my first cycle at a younger age and I’m willing to suffer the consequences if any may arise. Please keep in mind that this is a community and we’re all here to help each other and share our knowledge and learn from one another. I’ve learned a lot from many knowledgeable people during the last 5-6 months and I hope to continue to expand my knowledge. Please, I’m not posting this log to be chirped and told to stop with what I’m doing because I will not. This log is to share my experience with AAS to this community and the effects it has on me and also to receive more advice and expand my knowledge base. I battled with obesity all throughout highschool (260LBS)and I eventually made my way to 195 after a couple years of hard work and I had my first MMA fight. I Got injured a couple times for 6 months at a time and I gained quite a bit back (240Lbs) I’m currently down to 215. I have 7 years lifting experience (on and off and various types: Power lifting, endurance training, bodyweight exercises, etc) Actually bodybuilding type lifting experience is around 14 months. I fought MMA for 3 years now and I’ve really taken an interest in bodybuilding. I’m no longer competing in Mixed Martial Arts and I’ve made the transition to BBing. I’m not sure if I have intentions on ever competing but I may be interested someday. I am mainly experimenting with AAS for exactly that reason: to experiment. I am hoping to get good results with strength gains, recovery times and some lean muscle mass. I’m not expecting to gain 20-30lbs nor do I want to. I will be posting as often as possible (most likely EOD). I appreciate any input that you may have. Thank you all in advance.

Goals: Maintain muscle, Lose fat, gain strength. I do realize that a test only cycle is recommended for a first cycle but I have decide to add in winstrol. I figure that I will already know if I'm having bad sides from the test by week 7 anyways.
Compound history
I’ve never used any AAS before but I have used Clenbuterol twice (not a fan) and also a few peptides (GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Mod GRF 1-29 and HGH Fragment).
Anabolic Compounds
Weeks 1-12 Test E 2X250mg/week
Weeks 7-14: Winstrol tabs 50mg ED
Will be using 1” 25 gauge needles to inject. 1.5” 20 gauge to draw.
On cycle and post cycle support
Weeks 2-12: HCG 250iu 2x/week
Weeks 1-14: Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
Weeks 14-18: Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Weeks 14-18: Clomid: 75/50/25/25
Also bought some Nizoral shampoo to help with hair loss, will use EOD
Liver support
N-acetylcysteine 600mg ED, 1200mg ED when Winstrol is started
Liv52 3 tablets ED, 6 when Winstrol is started
Supplements
Multi Vitamins, Fish oils, Vital Greens (Greens supplement), glucosamine
Nutrition
2500 Calories per day (BMR+500) Will up if necessary.
40% Protein, 40% Carbs, 20% Fat (250g protein, 250g carbs, 55g fat)
5 Meals per day, Meals 1-5 50g protein, 65g carbs, no carbs in last meal.
Protein sources: Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Eggs, Whey
Carb sources: Quinoa, Brown rice, Barley, Oats (Very minimal gluten)
Fat sources: Some meat fats, Flax oil.
1 Cheat meal per week, Usually Saturdays right after training legs
Training Schedule
Monday: Chest and Arms (2 fly exercises, 2 press exercises, 2 bicep, 2 tricep)
Tuesday: Back (Deadlifts, Lat pulldowns, some type of row and reverse flys)
Wednesday: Off day, Cardio
Thursday: Off day, Cardio
Friday: Shoulders and arms (Side lateral raise, front lateral raise, Shoulder press, reverse flys, shrugs, 2 bicep, 2 tricep)
Saturday: Legs (Leg extensions, Leg curl, Heavy press[squat, hacks or leg press], Hams [Stiff leg DL, Lunges] and calves.
Sunday: Rest, Cardio
On one of the arm days I’ll be hitting reverse curls and wrist curls to work forearms.
