The rule of thumb is: cycle length + PCT time = equals time off. I would only recommend that though if you are getting complete blood work and no you have recovered. A lot guys will only cycle 2 times a year. Rest is good, give your body ample time to recover, heal and adjust to the new expercience and gains. :-)
Rule of thumb is like using a tree'shadow for a clock. Guess work. Go spend 55 bucks a see where your at. No reason Guessing. Not to mention it let's you see more than if you can cycle again. Cholesterol liver kidneys RBC wbc lots of others even co2
