I eat fairly clean, but can enjoy a low fat pizza, some candy and soda in the weekends for example. I don't pig out, though.
I have a job as a business man that can be quite stressful, but I do try to keep my work hours to 8-9 hours a day and work effectively, so that I earn a decent $$$ (about $ 250 000 a year) while still being able to work out five days a week and get at least 7 hours of sleep a day.
Some girls give me a high blood pressure, due to insane soap opera kind of drama, but I found a gorgeous Scandinavian one now that doesn't make any veins in my forehead swell to 10 times their normal size.The sound of English spoken with a Russian accent is still enough to raise my blood pressure, though!
Let's just say that I now understand why Russian men love their vodka so much!
My blood pressure now (measured at home with a cuff over my upper arm, not the one around my wrist) gives me a reading of 155-165 over 75-85.
Its the first number that freaks me out a bit, though. My pressure used to be around 140/90.
Some readings give me as high a pressure as 185/95!
When I am fully rested my pulse is about 75 beats per minute, I train cardio and go at it pretty hard for 30-60 minutes (with a pulse of about 130-150) and I do strongman training. Flipping tires, pulling trucks, running with various implements is great cardio, so I assume my general fitness level is pretty good.
What do you guys make of this?
