I'm a long-time reader, first-time writer. Turned 38 last month, and said to myself - "Now it's time to try something new, sports-wise".
Throughout the years it's been incredibly difficult for me to gain any serious muscles. Sort of a slender-skinny guy no matter how much do I eat.
