    6/12 Dyn Bench
    Whats up guys today was speed day and on my bench Iwas doing 10x3 at three different grips .I could do three reps in about 11/2 sec-2sec does this sound right?Also Iwas resting about 25-35 sec in between reps.Anyways this is what happend today let me know if things are looking ok thanks.........CDOG

    Speed bench 3 grips 10x3
    Floor press135x5,155x5,205x3,225x3
    close grip incline BB press 125x10,135x10,145x7,155x4
    DB rows 75x12,85x3x8
    Front raises 3x25
    side raises 25x2x8

    you did front raises 3 sets of 25 are you looking to kill your shoulders sometime soon!!!

    speed is awesome actually what % of your 1RM are you using if it's under 60 stay there if it's not move up in weight a little. were these times Timed?

    side raises look good where'd you get the reps for close grip incline?

    Oh my bad on front raises it should be 25x3x8 .And yes speed bench is about 40% And I timed them the best I could with my stop watch............PeaceCDOG

    I think between the speed bench and floor presses I should not have done the close grips on incline because my delts are hurting pretty good today ,I think I should have down rope push downs vs close grip incline....CDOG

    that's why I say go by feel now you know for next time no 2 press movements they hurt after a few weeks of doing that. Every once in a while skullies, tates, pushdowns, that shit helps.
