Genotropin mixer needed?

I might get some HGH genotropin 36iu cartridges, but without the pen or mixer. I saw deminstrations of it being used without the pen on the website, but always had the mixer to mix it. Can these cartridges be mixed manually without the mixer device? Or can you buy one of these mixers without a presciption?

Mix the solution with the HGH as you saw on the website, then draw out the reconstituted HGH using regular HGH syringes (insulin syringes).

It was using the mixer device though on the website. Is it possible to mix it without that?

Contact Pfizer, they sent me the mixer device out for free and I didn't have a prescription.

I am concerned that when pushing the grey stopper up, some fluid may leak out, do you think it would be safer if I do this with the plunger pushing down? I just worry to mess up the product (it is expensive) May I use the same needle to release the air and also to inject the product?

The rubber stopper at the end is very tight. No water is going to leak out. If you're not comfortable holding it vertically than lay it on its side. I do it with my 12mg cartridge and never lost any water. I hold it straight up so the air comes to the top of the front chamber while the bottom of the same chamber will have the puck and water doing its thing. Just remember to have a pin in the top to release pressure. If you don't, the water will only go half way in the front chamber and the increased pressure in the front chamber will cause the gray stopper to create suction and part of the reconstituted protein will end up in the rear chamber, exactly where it's not supposed to be.
You can use the same syringe. I don't see why not.

Remove the plunger from the syringe and use it to push the gray stopper up. Use the needle end of the syringe to release pressure from the drawing end at the top of the cartridge as you push the stopper up to reconstitute.
Make sure to release pressure from one end as you push the stopper up or it will not mix properly. Also make sure that when you have the needle in that no fluid is being drawn, just air.
