So I compound fractured my ankle, and stretched a ligament pretty badly apparently. I was mid cycle (week 7 test and tren) and now I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks. Basically I'm wondering what I could possibly be doing to heal it faster, diet wise or any advice at all. I'm also wondering how long I'm gonna be not doing squats or deadlifts. Also how effective tb500 would be for this situation. I just picked up a bottle of nutra sea high potency fish oil, aswell as some glucosamine. Gonna try and get 3 grams of EPA, 1.5 dha, and 4 grams msm, let me know guys, and let me know if I should just stop my cycle or keep going and just work upper body for the time being
