You can't get hCG legally without a prescription. I feel it is absolutely a must.

Yeah dude! It's pretty easy to find in most ugl's. And cheap, what I've found is. Also a good testing method to see if it's real is to use a birth control stick and squirt about 250iu on it, or .25cc, (how I have my mix that's what my measurements are) and if you test positive your pregnant! Lol jk it's good to go.
And should it be used? Yeah, during cycle. Gotta keep that natural production working, as much as you can while on cycle.
