I just had a lipid panel done and was very surprised by the results. Total cholesterol 355, TRIGLYCERIDES 54, HDL 30, AND LDL 314. Is Ketosis causing this? Just wondering with the breakdown of body fat for a fuel source is causing high lipid values in blood by chance., I HAVE NEVER HAD MY VALUES THIS HIGH, AND I WOULD ATLEAST EXPECT A WAY HIGHER HDL, ALL I EAT IS OMEGA 3 EGGS, CHICKEN BREAST, FISH OIL, AND NUTS AND SALAD. Could this be false results? Usually my HDL is like close to 70. and by chance, could it be tren/prop doing this also. I am looking for a repeat test here soon. I have been on about 20 gram carb a day diet for the past 4 weeks.
