We can make high protein pancakes for breakfast by simple blending 2 eggs with 1 banana, and then simply frying them on the pan just like we make pancakes.

We can make high protein pancakes for breakfast by simple blending 2 eggs with 1 banana, and then simply frying them on the pan just like we make pancakes.

I do similar, but instead of banana I add one cup of oats and some water to the eggs, then into my blender until smooth. Pour onto heated pan like normal pancake batter and cook up.
Try blending egg whites, cottage cheese, oatmeal and frying it up. Tastes like regular pancakes
