Okay CC is the same thing as mL. On an oral syringe, 1 mL is what you have. The SI scale the next dose down is mcg. That is each each unit on the oral syringe. So what are you asking? Might be important to list what the mg per mL dose is as well to get a better answer.

It depends on the substance that you are putting in the syringe. For example my test is 200 mg per ML so that would be much different that 100 mg per mL. See what I mean?

Nope i got Liquid Albuterol 30 ml @ 4mg/ml
The formula is easy. Its Desired divided by quantity. So of up want 4 mg then you would do this 4/6 = .67
