2nd cycle t400 & deca..!

Hi,

just looking for some tips on dosage amounts as this is my 2nd cycle of T400 & Deca , currently dosing below once a week:

1ml t400, 120mg prop, 160mg dec & 120mg enan,
1ml Deca 300mg

should i be pinning this at higher dose or stick to this and stay on for 14-16 weeks ?

any advice would be appreciated.

PCT - typical (nolva and clomid).

stats:

BF 14%
Height 5'11
Weight 12st 8lbs
Age 25

Looks like plenty to me.

that's my favorite -I run run t400 at 600mg and 400mg deca a week split into 2 doses. I run t400 14 weeks and deca 12.
Do make sure your ai and hcg is spot on. Higher doses more risk of sides.

If your t400 has that much prop in it I would be pinning at least twice a week. Probably 3 times though. Your blood levels will be unstable

I think u misunderstood.

2ml t400 = 800mg
800mg of test per week is too much (if ur test is dosed at 400mg/ml)

Pinning two times per week doesn't mean u inject 2 ml each week. U gotta take into consideration the concentration.

Ur 2nd cycle should still be only test. But if u r going to continue

Then 400mg/week test and 300mg/wk deca

That means each injection will be 200mg test and 150mg deca

And u do that twice a week.

12-16 weeks is fine

Make sure ur AI dosage is on point and hcg as well.

hcg 500 -250 twice week
I use arimidex 0.5 eod
Nolva is for pct or only use if gyno flares up

Nolva is not an AI, it is a SERM (estrogen receptor blocker) which means estrogen is still floating around.

The general consensus for an AI would be arimidex at 0.25 eod or exemestane 12.5mg Ed.

I personally use 0.25mg a-dex twice per week cuz I crash hard on eod with it.

I am gyno prone so I also take 20mg nolva every day.

yup pin in same needle same time is fine
Just keep everything clean use alcohol clean everything
report back few months with results

friend has advised me because of low dosage t400 and deca no AI would be required unless fatty lumps start around nips and just to run 10mg Nolva on cycle to keep estrogen in check. I have AI on hand but reluctant to use as it hinders gains.

also is HCG absolutely necessary at low dosage also ?

Yes u need a ai-you you like to get gyno?? Im sure you know what it is and you can read numerous people around here getting it a then taking all types of stuff to get rid of it-also bloating and water retention yes you need ai and my choice is arimidex .5eod not nolva that just for pct or an emergency. And deca is 19nor and will shut you down harder than just test and the hcg will help in recovery and keep your nuts normal size do it right or don't bother why not be safe as possible

ok i get the hcg during cycle but not sure why i should be taking AI when no signs of gyno.. ?

i have on hand just incase but heard they adex has more sides than 19nor so why take when not absolutely sure you have gyno ?

10mg nolva ed on cycle helps with bloat and water retention does it not ?
