What do you people eat in the morning who train early in the day?

X2. I switch the ham for bacon or sausage and don't train early except for Saturdays but as 405 is saying, it's too individualistic to make blanket statements. Experiment and find what feeding schedule and food items allow you the most intensity while training.

the amount of food I eat for b'fast is not that much relatively. However, I do snack quite a bit. A handful of walnuts here, a hard boiled egg there, a quick banana...

I try not to stuff a gut, as I dont' want a distended belly. But I try not to experience hunger either

Do you mix the eggs with the oat and microwave everything together? Never tried eggs with oats.

I have been skipping out on morning carbs for a long time. If I have them for breakfast then I crave them all day. I am going to try the oat and eggs though.

I carb before the gym and protien immediately after. Then I NSAID and go the F to bed for a 3-hour nap. If I do not go to bed for the nap the pain is unbearable without more than NSAIDs. I leave it all on the weights when at the gym.
