Need a schedule

Hi - I am in 14 weeks into my TRT. ONly bad thing is doc does the shots in office.
I have HcG and Anastrozole..

I get my shot on Friday... 150 mg

What are the best days afterwards to do the HcG and Anastrozole? (I need to do both twice weekly)

With twice weekly shots timing is not critical. Generally anastrozole is taken
the day after your test, the HCG should be taken the day before your test

If pinning once a week, I would do HCG split up into two, one shot two days before and the other the day before. Anastrozole the day after. I pin twice a week so my HCG is done in between my test. Anastrozole on Sunday after my pin on Saturday.

Is there a chance you doctor will let you do your own shots in the future? All I had to do is demonstrate I was able to do it 1x and after that he was fine with letting me do it.

Regarding hCG: I just switched to daily dosing of 100iu. It was the smartest thing I've done for awhile because it eliminates the estrogen spike I was plagued by. I'm taking a lower, less frequent dose of aromasin and hope to eliminate an AI completely. I might suggest you consider doing the same.

You'd be surprised that once a doctor sees that you know what you are doing regarding TRT, he/she will give you a lot more latitude in treating yourself. Happened to me.

When you get to that point, you might also consider injecting your T every other day and SQ. More steady state release and lower aromatization to E2.

Saturday, test. Sunday, Anastrozole. Tuesday, test. Thursday, HCG.
My Anastrozole is going to be about once every ten days now due to my E2 has dropped.
