was a day late on shot, should I push back my next shot?

I take 250mg t cyp on monday and thursday. This week I ended up taking my monday shot on tuesday. Should I take my thursday shot tonight as scheduled or push it to friday?

Stick to your schedule! Or push the shot to friday and get back on normal schedule next week. Either is fine. Your over thinking it.

Really what's the big deal here. Do your injection now it's Friday and Tuesday. No need to change it back.

Yeah, being a day late is nothing bro. Just take your shot as soon as you can and stay on your same schedule.

All true. I suspect most have missed a pinning on cycle, at some point. Like michael30 says, you're overthinking it. Best of luck!
