im 24 years old. my stats are as follows:

198lbs
12% bodyfat
Maintenance cals: 2750
I have done one Test-E cycle last year (500mg/week for 12 weeks) and everything went great. Started at 180lbs and got up to 210lbs (not clean, ate "dirty" just to eat 4000cals/day)
I plan on doing,
Test-E: 500mg/week for 12 weeks
Winstrol: 50mg/day for weeks 8-14
I want to lean bulk this time and keep it really clean. my diet is as follows

Oats/Egg White/Greek yogurt/Protein Powder Shake
Ezekiel toast w/natural peanut butter
Banana

8-10oz Chicken
2 cups brown rice or pasta

Totals are: 300g of carbs/350g of protein/50g of fat
Calories are: 3050cals
