Hello all.
I'm wanting to get into better shape. I have never been on a diet before however I broke my leg about a year ago and I am now pretty heavy. I'm 6'4 and about 280lbs. I was always into lifting but not into nutrition, was always on the "bigger" side. That time has come to an end. I want to get into "hulk diesel" shape! I was thinking Starting out steady state at about 2500kals with a break down of 40/35/25 Protein, Fats Carbs for a few weeks and then once I level out swapping to more of a zig zag pattern. Any thoughts?? I''m not super active during the day, I'm mostly a desk jockey anymore.
