What is your guys opinion on Nolvadex on cycle (20mg eod) instead of AI? Terrible idea? Or something that can be done if you just cant get your hands on AI (Lets say you live in a island with population of 300.000 people were are not that many sources and your source doesn't have AI)

Ive done cycles with just nolvadex and you bloat up like crazy. Its not worth it. Not to mention high estrogen has some problems of its own. Nolvadex might stop gyno but it wont stop water retention and high blood pressure and all the things that come along with unchecked estrogen levels on cycle.

Def the AI first. Nov is great to have on hand if gyno symptoms pop up and they can be handled without destroying your cycle.
