hi guys its been a while since ive had a cycle and id like to start back up again. here is my plan and let me know if you think its good.
Dbol for 6 weeks at 30mg per day
Nolvadex for 4 weeks at 20mg per day
Clomid for 4 weeks at 50mg per day.
this is how i will train:
Mon:Chest
Tues:Back
Wed:Legs
Thurs:Shoulders
Fri:Bis/Tris
Sat:Rest
Sun: Rest
