How could companies selling these stuff internationally which take weeks to deliver while HGH and Peptides should be stored in a cold environment?!

Could someone explain?

Not exactly sure I understand the question. Compounds in lyophilized forms can be shipped at ambient temperatures, however, once reconstituted, should be maintained at refrigerated temperatures, generally from 4C-18C.

Some domestic suppliers ship peptides overnight wrapped in a frozen cold pack.

If you know it is legit...... Sometimes you are just glad to get it. Helps if you order up in the winter!
